...And Weirdness For All.

Need reassurance of how normal your own life really is? Check out News of the Weird and you won't be in doubt any longer. From live insect jewelry to Manhattan apartments that rent for $800 a month and are only 55 square feet!!! Too weird to NOT be true!

Google changes logo after drawing criticism

I was a bit surprised today when I opened Google's homepage and saw a luge in the logo. Didn't anyone at Google think about the death of the Georgian olympian before deciding on that image for today? Maybe if they would have added "In Memoriam" along the bottom it would have been okay but as it was it just seemed insensitive. I'm glad that they decided to change it to this one:

I'm sorry for the loss of olympian Nodar Kumaritashvili and the fact that he worked so very hard and didn't get the chance to compete in the games. You will be in everyone's thoughts and I hope that they dedicate these olympic games to your untimely demise.

If only I could find them...

I hope that none of you ever have to deal with this. There is a program/virus called XP Internet Security 2010 that is PURE EVIL!!!!
It gets on your computer and tries to force you to pay $50 for the full program by making you think your computer is infected when it's not. Actually it IS infected, by the XP IS2010!!!

Go here or here if you need to take care of that piece of crap, evil, pernicious bit of code.
